About SalonSync

SalonSync is salon and barbershop management software built in Morocco and used in Moroccan salons. There are three plans: a free one that is a working product rather than a trial, Growth at 599 DH a month, and Pro at 999 DH.

Why it exists

Most salon software is built for a booking desk in an office. A Moroccan barbershop is not that: it runs on walk-ins as much as appointments, cash settled at the end of the week, and clients who ask for a barber by name and switch to whichever chair is free.

SalonSync was written around those facts rather than adapted to them. The queue is a first-class thing, not a workaround. Takings come from payments received rather than from what the diary was worth. And it speaks Darija-inflected Arabic, French and English because that is what happens across a counter here.

Where it runs

The application runs on a European VPS with a PostgreSQL database. Each shop's data is isolated at the query level — see the security page for how that is enforced rather than promised.

The booking page your clients see, the dashboard your team works from and the assistant that answers questions are one system, so nothing has to be kept in step by hand.

What stage it is at

Launch period. Every feature is free, there is no card on file and no subscription, and paid plans will be announced in dirhams with notice. The pricing page shows the tiers being built and states plainly that none of them are on sale yet.

WhatsApp is the one capability that is finished but not switched on: connecting a number needs Meta to approve SalonSync as a Tech Provider, and that approval is pending. Telegram notifications work today.
