Channels and integrations
What you can switch on today, and what is still coming. Anything that is not ready says so here rather than in a support ticket.
Clients book by message on your own WhatsApp Business number. The assistant answers, writes the appointment into the same diary the shop works from, and sends the confirmation and the reminders. Any barber can take over a thread with one tap.
We will tell you the day it opens. Nothing else depends on it.
Telegram
Your barbers get told about their own work — a new booking, a change, a cancellation, or a nudge before the next client. Each barber connects their own account and picks which of those reach them; nobody is messaged because the shop switched something on.
Confirmations and receipts by email, for clients who would rather have a record than a message.

Are there booking fees or commissions?
No. SalonSync doesn't charge per booking and doesn't take a commission on your revenue or product sales.
Is SalonSync really free?
Yes — during the launch period every feature is free, with no credit card. We're building with our first salons before announcing paid plans, and nothing on this page can be bought yet.
What happens after the launch period?
Paid plans will be announced in Moroccan dirhams with clear notice. Salons that joined during launch keep preferential conditions.
