How to get clients to come back

Client retention in a salon is less about loyalty schemes than about intervals. Regulars come back on a rhythm — every three weeks, every six — and the ones you lose usually drift rather than leave. If you can see a client's normal gap and notice when they are well past it, you can act while it is still a nudge rather than a win-back.
